Account Eligibility and Conduct Rules

Separately from any bonus-specific wagering, rules 6.8 set a general withdrawal turnover of at least 1x deposited funds before funds can be withdrawn. If this turnover is not met, we can withhold winnings and apply a commission of 10% (minimum €0.50), rising to 15% when the funds were deposited by card or bank. Rules also require at least €20 of wagering within the calendar month in which a withdrawal is requested.

4. Turnover shortfall: failing the 1x deposit turnover under rules 6.8 can mean withheld winnings and a 10% commission (minimum €0.50), or 15% on card/bank-funded deposits.
